*Binders with all signed forms, journal entries printed off, receipts, photos printed off, etc.
*Laptops - We will be working on creating presentations.
4/7/22 - Senior Project Self Evaluation is due.
4/4/22 - Journal Checkpoint - Minimum of 15 Journal entries
4/4/22 - Final Evaluation form filled out by mentor and turned in to Mrs. Nightingale
4/4/22 - Final Product Must Be Finished.
4/4/22 - All fieldwork must be completed before April 4, 2022 (at least 15 hours of time logged with mentor-20
hours if you are job shadowing, and physical product must be completed.
4/4/22 - Final Photo Checkpoint - All photos (at least 10 digital) must be at school on your computer

12/8/21 - Your first face-to-face (in person) meeting must take place before December 8, 2021 so you can
turn in your paperwork on December 9th. The first time you meet will probably be only 15-30
minutes. The sooner you do this, the better, so you are able to start getting hours in with your mentor
and working on your product. When you are done with this meeting, Show Mrs. Nightingale all the
paperwork that was completed.
*Specialist Mentor Evaluation Form and Log Sheet keep in your binder and take to every meeting
with your mentor to be filled out. Show Mrs. Nightingale the filled out and signed log sheet on or
before December 9 2021.
*Senior Project Mentor Qualification Form – have your mentor fill it out and then give to Mrs.
Nightingale on or before December 9, 2021.
*Senior Project Proposal – (yours should already be completed and in your binder) have your
mentor look it over, make recommendations if you need to change something, and sign it. Turn in to
Mrs. Nightingale on or before December 9, 2021.
11/10/21 - Before November 10, you must make your first contact with your mentor by phone to explain your project to him/her, ask if he/she would be willing to mentor you for your project, and set up a time to meet and get paperwork signed . Show the signed paperwork to Mrs. Nightingale
anytime before December 9, 2021 and then put in your binder.
11/10/21 - Research Paper Self Evaluation- due today - Save in the Senior Project folder on the Share Drive
and after approved by Mrs. Nightingale, print and put in your binder.
